This was my first time using this garage, my car was due an MOT and full service and money has been tight so for the first time I looked to compare prices. Not only were they the cheapest option, but they offer a pick up and drop off service which is a game changer when your car will be in the garage all day. They checked in with me at every stage, explained what needed to be done and they were upfront about cost. Amazing value for the quality of work. I booked a major service, had my tyre replaced and balanced, and had a diesel filter change. The tyres weren’t properly balanced as I noticed on the motorway when going over 60 my car was shaking but I took my car back to the garage and they were happy to look at it again and fix the issue. No problem with them whatsoever, good service and job

Car in for Timing Belt replacement. Absolutely fantastic customer service given by Yaz, he kept me up to date on repair. Very pleased with price. Car was brought back to me. I booked in for an MOT on the booking portal at 6.30am for a same day appointment as they had availability. They also offered a full service and was able to pick up my car later that day. Really happy with the service and price that I paid and will definitely recommend to friends and family and will go back in future.

My car broke down on the motorway and was towed to a local garage. They said that the EGR valve was at fault but were unable to fix it. Xclusive motor services sourced the part and fitted it in record time and at a reasonable price. Have used the car a few times now and is running fine. Very happy with the service.

Great service, can nearly always do same day and it's easy to book a slot online. Very fast MOTS, been using them for a few years and won't go anywhere else in Birmingham!
