The food at toros was amazing. Can’t fault the service or the food. We got served by Sehar really polite and friendly. Food came super fast. Highly recommend.

Great service. Got seated within 5 mins. Food came within 7/8 mins. Probably quicker than that. I’ll time it next time. Really nice and hot sizzler. My fav is Toro special with rice and mash on the sizzler and mushroom sauce. Always need an extra mushroom sauce and chips on the side. Absolutely wonderful experience. Apologies that I don’t know the servers name but it was the short hijabi girl who talks really fast. Really sweet girl. Staff who seated us also was lovely. He helped take the pram in with my husband. Can’t buy good manners. Keep it up. Well done!

While the sides were nice, and decently portioned, the steak was rather underwhelming due to the size (very small), taste and colour. I've included a picture of it. You be the judge yourself. Meal: Toros Special+ Can of drink = £25

Warm friendly atmosphere, exceptional staff who were all very helpful and polite. Food came within 15 minutes and it was out of this world. The steak was cooked perfectly, it was not chewy or tough but soft and buttery. The mash was divine and the mojitos were the best i ever had. The restaurant looks amazing and has a family section and whilst I was there a big group of guys came and the staff had no problem seating them and taking their orders. All in i would highly recommend and I will be returning very soon. Thank you Toros

The restaurant opens in the evening, and while parking can be a bit challenging, the experience inside makes up for it. The place is spacious and very clean. Ordering was quick and the staff were efficient and straight to the point. Excellent taste and great value for steaks — we ordered ours well done and it was cooked perfectly. Would definitely visit again.

I visited one of my favourite steakhouses in Birmingham during a business trip, but was disappointed this time. The steak quality had noticeably declined, with large veins and inconsistent cooking. Service was also frustrating, as they only accepted cash and refused to provide a VAT receipt. Sadly, this visit fell well below the standards I had previously enjoyed.

Positives firstly - decor and prayer facilities. Negatives - paid £68 for two meals and the steaks ordered were mixed up. Received my wife's steak on my plate and she received mine on hers. On the menu it read as one of the sides options 'handmade colslaw' it is not, as confirmed when I brought the issue up when paying for the bill. Steaks are on the small side for what you pay too. Service was average, no one came to ask how our meals were during, which is odd for a restaurant. Don't take card either. Message to owner: If you're muslim, you'll know the severity of advertising something which is not the case. The money you've obtained from me today and others who will do the same is haram because it's not accurate. If you're not selling handmade colslaw, remove it from the menu. Instead of buying cheapy supermarket rubbish and selling it for something it's not. I won't be coming back.
