Susan @ Sonnys is absolutely amazing — this is exactly why I return monthly. The service, professionalism and friendly atmosphere are always spot on. Susan always goes above and beyond and genuinely makes my day every visit. Shout out to Roxy too, who was brilliant as always. Such a lovely team and always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Roxy provided exceptional service. We popped down to get my mom a 30th Anniversary gift. Roxy was very welcoming and kind with showcasing what they had to offer at Sonny's. We browsed through bracelets and rings. After liking something she was very kind to hold the item as we popped into some other shops, however nothing came close and we had to return. Upon returning, Roxy served us again and was very generous in showcasing some more rings before the final was chosen. Until the end we had a lovely time and would be more than happy to come shop again! There's also so much variety to choose from and alterations that can be made to accommodate your needs. Great service and lovely staff.

Amazing as usual. Went there over a year ago to choose my partners engagement ring with Roxy. She got it spot on and my fiance loves it! Brilliant price and unbelievable quality. Returned and although we know everyone there is amazing we didnt want anyone else other than Roxy to help choose our wedding rings, yet again got it spot on. Got us rings we didnt even think about and they were perfect👏🏼amazing jewellers with brilliant service offering tea, coffee, hot chocolate with biscuits whilst you wait. Toy box to keep kids entertained and love hearts. Just a brilliant all round jewellers with brilliant staff

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience at Sonny’s in the Jewellery Quarter. From the moment we walked in, we felt truly appreciated and valued as customers. A special thank you to the beautiful Chloe, who went above and beyond to look after us. Her service was so exceptional and personal that we felt absolutely no need to look anywhere else. Myself and my fiance came into Sonny’s to find our wedding rings after my fiance had already purchased my engagement ring from them. We were greeted by Caleb who was very welcoming, listened to what we were after and helped us with choosing the perfect rings. We walked away buying my wedding band and overall couldn’t have asked for better service. Caleb was professional, super friendly and couldn’t recommend him and the rest of the Sonny’s team! I recently visited sonny's jewellers to have the claws on my engagement ring tightened, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I went in with a concern about my ring, and Adam H was incredibly helpful and professional from the start. He assessed it straight away and had the issue resolved within about 20 minutes, which was amazing. The efficiency, skill, and care he showed gave me complete peace of mind. My ring now feels secure and looks perfect again. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m so grateful for the quick turnaround and excellent service.
