Monster Kidz Beeston

Used to love this softplay about a year ago. On my last 2 visits it’s been awful. Ball pit had no balls in, floor is very tatty and so many unsupervised young children were running wild. On my last visit I bought a full jug of juice, went to play and when I came back to have a drink some child had chewed a few sweets and put them in my jug. On a few occasions my child was playing with things and other children forcefully pushed my child out of the way so they could play with what she was playing with. I know this isn’t exactly the soft plays fault but it’s becoming a running theme whenever I visit this softplay. Can’t say I will be returning any time soon unfortunately.

Reasonable price, very nice and affordable place for kids. Staff are amazing and very friendly and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to give best time to their kids, my children love this place.

We had a fantastic experience at Monster Kidz Beeston. The facilities are clean, safe, and brilliantly designed to keep children entertained for hours, with plenty of variety for different ages. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it just as enjoyable for parents as it is for kids. A special mention goes to the General Manager, Kirsty, who clearly takes great pride. She is friendly, approachable, and ensures everything runs smoothly. The staff reflect her high standards—attentive, cheerful, and always happy to help. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for children to play, burn off energy, and have fun, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Had my daughter’s 5th birthday here, we got the UV disco package with a visit from ziggy. My daughter and her friends had the absolute best time, the staff are so friendly, the party host was amazing and I’m so grateful for all her hard work. Ziggy the monster also so full of life and made the children smile and have lots of fun. It was such a good party. Beyond happy with my experience here and will definitely be having a party again! Thank you so much.

Can't fault this place for kids, especially on a rainy day. £6.50 entry free for 3 years old plus, with unlimited time allowed here, so that's a bargain. The menu choices are surprisingly decent, and portion sizes are big. They have a kids menu too, and not everything on the adults and kids menu is unhealthy food. Prices for food are really reasonable, which is nice to see in these times. Sometimes, older kids play in the toddler area, which is annoying, and i would have preferred it if the staff were a bit more vigilant with regards to this. That said, the staff, mostly young people, were all very friendly and polite. I liked being allocated a table on arrival, that's a good system here, particularly when it's so busy.

Had my daughters 2nd birthday party here today, we had the teddy bear package and it was great, well worth the cost per child, they got to build a bear with many to choose from and the birthday child receiving a larger one, food was lovely and warm handed out quickly, something for all, halal meals provided for the children that required them. Party host was very helpful and and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again

Good for children of all ages. Went with my 1 year old and there were lots for her to play with in the baby/ toddler section. The facilities seemed clean and the staff were helpful. There are vegetarian options but not really anything vegan and the hot drinks are dairy milk only. Most the food on offer isn't very healthy; there are a couple of things like jacket potatoes which are healthier. You cannot bring your own food and drink in. It's very cheap to enter so obviously they need to make money from doing food and drinks. We just ate when we got home but had drinks there. I would go back during quiet times as it is very good value for money and my daughter really enjoyed herself.

Attended last minute with family, even though it was really busy they still accommodated us. Their customer service was brilliant and the food was really nice too. My family had a really good time. Thanks to all the staff at Monster Kidz for the pleasant experience
