Omoda & Jaecoo Bromley

I started looking for a new car at the Beckenham dealership of Omoda/ Jaecoo. We spoke to a young lady at the showroom (I can't remember her name, sorry);who was very helpful explaining the differences between the Omoda 5 and 7, and the trim levels on the 7. We decided to book a test drive, which was booked for a couple of days after. We received a text a few minutes after leaving, confirming the date and time of the test drive. On Thursday 2nd, we arrived at the showroom, and met Darren, who would be looking after us. He explained that he had not been at the dealership for long, so might not be able to answer all our questions straight away. I liked that he was honest enough to do this, rather than try to bluff his way through. Darren was able to answer almost all of our questions, and, after the test drive, we decided that we were going to by a car, he build the finance package for us. We did have a couple of things that we queried, and Scott helped. Everything was completed to my satisfaction, and a collection date was set for a few days after. Unfortunately, Darren wasn't available on the day we collected the car, but we were helped by Tommy. Again, the service was really good. The car is everything I expected of it, after a long explanation from Tommy in the car, on modes, charging, etc. The whole experience was great, from start to finish. None of the staff were pushy or overbearing, and we're all friendly and personable. I was particularly grateful to Darren, as he worked really hard to make sure we had everything we needed, despite his little gaps in knowledge. He found out the answers to all our questions. Thank you all.

We honestly cannot recommend this team enough. If you want a stress-free car buying experience, look no further. From the very beginning, my husband and I were incredibly well looked after by Sevi. Starting with our test drive, he took his time to answer every single question we had and guided us smoothly through the entire car purchasing process. No question was ever too much for him. On the day we collected our car, Sevi was on holiday, so we were looked after by Tommy. Tommy was absolutely fantastic. He went completely above and beyond, providing 11/10 customer service and making us feel completely looked after just like Sevi had from the beginning. Again, no question was too much. The seamless handoff and exceptional care we received made the whole experience absolutely brilliant.

The whole process was smooth, and Tommy was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I’m absolutely loving the car already—just 24 hours in! It’s a beautiful light green and packed with so many features. Tommy took the time to walk me through all the gadgets on the day, which was brilliant, although I know it’ll take a bit of time to fully get to grips with everything. I just collected my Jaecoo 7 Black Edition from Omodo Beckenham. I preordered from top sales person Tommy a few weeks and he promised to deliver for my birthday in July. Tommy smashed it as it came two weeks earlier than anticipated. The car is fully loaded but Tommy set everything up for me so I didn’t have to worry about that side of things. Also to find out that my first year tax has already been paid was an extra bonus. Bless you and thank you Tommy. Your customer service is second to none. Much appreciated x

I visited the showroom for curiosity to see the Jaecoo , it was impressive but I fell in love with the Omoda, weeks later I picked up my new car! The staff are very knowledgeable and professional when you approach them. They made my choice very easy. Tim was great at point of sale and handover was done with ease.
