Zizoo did a fantastic job with assuring us the best BVI vacation ever! They were able to get us a fantastic boat at the best price and made sure that it was all ready to go. There were absolutely no issues with any equipment or other delays. As the skipper, what I most appreciated was how helpful the staff were upon our return, to willfully assist us in bringing the boat safely back to port. Thank you Zizoo!

We had a wonderful time on the boat in Greece in September 2020. I was not sure in the beginning about even going in the trip, but I am so happy that we did. Our sales agent Giulia did an amazing job and informed us about everything we needed to know. We had a great experience.

I have been working with zizoo for 8 years and I will continue to do so from now on because I am satisfied with the speed of the support it offers. every time I found many options available for the boat I was looking to rent, at good rates, and when my plans changed along the way, the nice ladies at the support offered me advantageous alternatives

Thiefs. They didn't pay the boat company. Once there we had to pay a second time to get the boat and start our vacation (while they promised us a compensation and the repayment of the installment). They stole €4000 and broke all communication. Criminals. Now they work under a new company name. Don't trust them!

Warning do not use this site, they are not paying the owner of the boat they call you a couple of days before the charter and say you have to pay again ,even though they have had your payment for 6 mths . They also do not check the condition of the boat or the safety , resulting in a dirty ,badly maintained, dangerous boat, for your family holiday. You might get some of your money back after months of calling but do not believe the promises and apologies. We had no electronics (nav) and were advised to wrap a piece of wire around the fuse that kept blowing . no fridge. broken badly frayed main halyard . life raft from 2002 out of test. blocked drains and filters . main seacocks with no securing clips . Outboard with no means of securing .Overheating engine . clutches so badly worn they didn't hold the halyards . cabin sole falling apart. mattresses falling apart .The list of faults is big and i have more pictures . Just avoid this company .

Easy booking. The charter mihail was brilliant. Such a nice man. He let me roll my booking over a year when I couldn’t make 2022 and he gave us the yacht a day early, and… a lift to the airport! Thank you mihail.

Im September 2023 haben wir ein Boot über Zizoo gechartert und wie üblich im Voraus bezahlt. Das Geld kam nie beim Charterunternehmen an, sodass wir vor Ort erneut bezahlen mussten. Trotz Beschreiten des Rechtswegs weigert sich Zizoo bis heute, das Geld zurückzugeben.

They substituted our boat in August, that was fine, it happens and we understand you’re not guaranteed exactly that boat. That said, we charter often and chose our boat for specific features. When the agent called to tell us of the substitution, we pointed out the number one feature that we had to have. He stuttered then claimed the boat had it. Of course, we got on our boat only to be told that evening it didn’t have it. I wrote to Zizoo to point out all the missing features of our boat, and also to point out that the boat they substituted cost them 1100 euros LESS than what we paid for. They claimed they would issue refund in four to six weeks. Of course, no refund came. And now I haven’t had a response from them since early November, today is 30 November. We’ve chartered with four other companies and regret the day we found this company. I highly recommend avoiding them and their lack of integrity.
