Leider werden Emails zu einer Bestellung sogar nach 2 Anrufen und 3 Emails (Gmail & hotmail) an 2 verschiedene Adressen, nicht beantwortet. Die emails gingen an store@ / shop@ Am 29.09.2025 15:03, 08.10.2025 16:41. Auch wird das Kontaktformular oder der Webseiten chat nicht verwaltet. Ändere gerne die Bewertung, sobald mir geantwortet wird. Grüße

I was in the dressing room trying a shirt and a pair of shorts out and an old, thin man wearing a moicano just opened the curtains and said that another customer wanted to check the back of his boots. I said that I was naked in there and he just ignored me and opened the curtains wide. I said again that I was using the dressing room and he still ignored me and was talking to the other customer in German. When they were done, he just moved away letting the curtains open, keep in mind that I was just in my underwear the whole time. I felt violated and disrespected. It is not just because it’s a fetish shop that they should not respect your privacy, other wise the dressing rooms would not have curtains. You guys should be ashamed. Edit after store’s response: you really think that just because is Folsom week is ok to humiliate and force people to expose themselves without consent? That’s a name for it and let me inform you: it’s not legal! And who are you to question my choices? Justifying your employee’s abuse questioning if I belong in any event is beyond inappropriate. Again, you should be ashamed of your behavior.

Keine Antwort auf Kontaktformular / Mailanfrage seit 19.8.2025. (Bewertung wird upgedatet, wenn doch was kommt) Ich tue mich sehr schwer daran hier etwas zu bestellen und Vorkasse zu zahlen, wenn man nicht auf Mails antwortet und das Kontaktformular wohl auch nicht geht.

Friendly, helpful, kind staff, prices that feel reasonable to me, and for someone like me the selection is like being in a mini fetish Disneyland.

A really well stocked shop, even during local events, with a nice selection of branded casual wear too. This place has a really nice layout with multiple changing rooms scattered around the store and plenty of friendly staff.
