Expo Stand Services was our builder contractor of our stand at "Spielwarenmesse 2026", Nuremberg, Germany. (January 27-31, 2026). It was our first time working with them. Our booth was completed on time. And Expo Stand Services was very quick in responding to our requests. Moreover, they were able to put a great booth together within our budget. I would give them 8 stars out of 10. More stars would be given if the graphic print outs were carefully overlayed onto the visuals to help every one anticipate the final look of the booth or any problems. We would be happy to ask Expo Stand Services to assist us again to bid for our stand construction in the next show. Highly recommend that you consider this stand builder.

Good and transparent communication, their different teams are always extremely reactive, and we never have bad surprises. We will keep on working with this company for our next exhibitions and could not be happier to have found such a reliable partner.

Our experience with Expo Stand Services was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. We hired them to produce and install the graphics for our exhibition stand at a major international event, and what we received was far below any acceptable professional standard. The graphics were printed on the wrong material (adhesive vinyl instead of the foam board we ordered), the panels were visibly misaligned, the logo was distorted, and the quality of the installation was extremely poor. This caused direct damage to our brand image during an important trade show. When we raised these issues, the company repeatedly acknowledged their responsibility in writing. They even confirmed that they could issue a credit note of EUR 1,280 to compensate for their mistakes. However, after all the problems they caused, we clearly informed them that we would not work with them again and requested a refund of the credit note — which is the normal legal effect of such a document. Instead of honoring their written commitment, they changed their position and refused any refund. They insist that the credit note can only be used for “a next project,” fully aware that we explicitly stated there would be no future collaboration. This behavior is not only unprofessional, it is dishonest and misleading. Expo Stand Services failed to deliver the service as agreed, damaged our presentation at an international exhibition, and is now refusing to take responsibility despite written proof of their commitments. I strongly advise any company to avoid working with them. Their lack of professionalism, accountability, and integrity is alarming.
